Welcome to the website of Precision Welding and Gates LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Precision Welding and Gates LLC offers professional services including but not limited to:

• Preventive Maintenance of gate and access control systems
   
• Weld Repairs for gates, fences, and metal structures
   
• Access Control Troubleshooting & System Upgrades
   

All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on the scope of the project, geographic service areas, and weather.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and not to:

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website
   
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or related systems
   
• Use the site to collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
   

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website at any time without notice.

All service estimates are provided based on initial assessments and may be subject to revision upon further inspection. Acceptance of an estimate or quote constitutes agreement to our scope of work and pricing. Final service terms will be confirmed through an email, verbal, or written acceptance which serves as your agreement to proceed. No work will begin until this confirmation is received.

• Hourly Rate: $120 per hour (1-hour minimum).
   
• Trip Charge: Based on service zone and assessed upon receipt of gate address.
   
• Diagnostic Evaluation: Includes up to one hour of diagnostic time. Most issues are resolved within this initial period.
   
• Additional Work: If additional labor or parts are required, a revised estimate will be provided for approval before proceeding.
   
• Welding Services: If welding is necessary, a $50 consumables fee will apply. Additional materials will be billed separately as needed.
   

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full upon completion of services. We gladly accept the following payment methods: 

1. Major Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
2. Cash
3. Other forms of payment: (Check & AHC)

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest as permitted by law.

We stand by the quality of our work and offer warranties as specified in individual service agreements. However, we do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party components or external factors.

Disclaimer: All services are subject to availability and weather conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any work performed without prior written approval for additional charges is limited to emergency safety concerns only. Precision Welding and Gates LLC is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages unrelated to our scope of work.

Precision Welding and Gates LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising out of or related to the services provided, whether in an action in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific services giving rise to the claim. The Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, improper use, lack of maintenance, or future failures of components not serviced, repaired, or installed by the Company. The customer acknowledges that gates, access control systems, and related hardware require regular maintenance and inspection, and the Company makes no guarantee regarding long-term performance or durability beyond the scope of the specific service provided. This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law
